If the weather is unsuitable for your flight, or we need to make any changes to your booking, we will contact you beforehand.

On the day, please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking time.

Once you arrive at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport, please park in the main car park. From there:

- Follow the blue-painted line towards Amelia’s Bar & Restaurant.
- At Amelia’s, turn right and follow the grass towards Aerohire, which is located in the grey-painted building.
- Please keep a good lookout while walking across the airfield and give way to aircraft at all times.

Flying is naturally dependent on weather, airfield traffic and other operational factors, so occasional delays can occur. We recommend allowing a little extra time around your booking.
